These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Air Carrier Compliance Group (ACCG) manuals, services, and consulting deliverables.
Air Carrier Compliance Group, Inc. (“ACCG”) provides FAA-related manuals, technical documents, and consulting services (“Services”) based on information supplied by the Operator (“Client”). By purchasing or using ACCG’s Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
All manuals and documents are developed using data, aircraft specifications, operational details, and company-specific information provided by the Client. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all information provided to ACCG, including but not limited to:
Any inaccuracies or omissions in Client-supplied information may result in non-compliance, FAA rejection, or operational delays. ACCG is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete client data.
ACCG manuals and documents are developed in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, industry standards, and inspector guidance. However, ACCG does not guarantee FAA approval, because:
The Client is responsible for presenting documents to the FAA and working with their assigned inspector for revisions or acceptance. ACCG will support reasonable edits as part of the service package but cannot control FAA decision-making or timelines.
ACCG makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate and high-quality documents. Nevertheless, unintentional clerical, calculation, formatting, or technical errors may occur.
The Client agrees to:
ACCG will correct identified errors at no additional cost. ACCG is not responsible for FAA delays caused by postponed client review or failure to identify errors prior to submission.
All regulatory responsibility—including but not limited to operational compliance, training, staffing, recordkeeping, safety management, maintenance practices, and company personnel behavior—rests solely with the Client.
ACCG’s materials and guidance are advisory and informational. They are not a substitute for the Client’s required FAA responsibilities, nor do they eliminate the Client’s duty to ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulations.
ACCG provides all manuals and services “as-is” without any express or implied warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ACCG provides revision support for the period indicated in the Client’s order form or quote. The Client is responsible for:
Failure to maintain current manuals may result in non-compliance, for which ACCG is not responsible.
Use of ACCG’s manuals or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If the Client does not agree with these terms, they should not use or submit ACCG-generated documents.
